Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience working in Multi-Family Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff in leasing interviews, vacancies, and rent collection.
• Prepare annual budget draft and monitor expenses.
• Review correspondence, maintain resident files, and prepare monthly newsletters.
• Monitor delinquent rents and initiate court documents when needed.
• Oversee maintenance, conduct property tours, and coordinate resident events.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and maintain logs.
