Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years in property management, preferably affordable housing.
• Administrative experience required.
• Understanding of budgeting and basic math.
• Experience in customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files per Compliance and Property Management policies.
• Assist in marketing and vacancies per Fair Housing Plan.
• Process housing applications in line with covenants.
• Post payments in Yardi and prepare deposits for banking.
• Assist in preparing month-end reports and managing work orders.
• Support Community Manager to maintain 100% occupancy and a clean, safe property.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally.
