Highmark Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Providence Reserve in Florida. The role focuses on community accounting, leasing support, and staff supervision to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities for pro-rations, deposits, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Collects and secures rental payments.
• Inputs daily activity transactions in Yardi and verifies deposits.
• Assists Community Director with daily rate approvals in Yieldstar.
• Prepares accounting records and reports, including deposit accounting and monthly close out.
• Verifies move-out data for integration with the rental collection system.
• Assists in lease processing and renewal activities.
