Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Administrator to provide advanced customer service to tenants and vendors, supporting building operations on behalf of a client. You will manage phones, prepare expense reports, coordinate meetings, monitor work orders, and assist with monthly and quarterly management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management with various administrative tasks including phones, tenant communication, expense reports, and meeting room setup.
  • Maintain files (insurance certificates and leases) and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to requests.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Submit invoices for payment and create purchase orders.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of digital and integration systems.
