Responsibilities

  • Assist management with administrative tasks, answer phones, communicate with tenants, prepare expense reports, and coordinate room setups.
  • Maintain files including insurance certificates and leases, ensuring up-to-date compliance.
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to tenant requests.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and process invoices and purchase orders.
