Job summary

WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to join the maintenance team and ensure market-ready apartments. The role involves cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring common areas are clean and safe for residents.

On-call duties may be required for emergencies and weekend work. The position requires at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and a valid driver's license; EPA Type II certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements of the position.
• 1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• EPA Type II or higher certification preferred.
• On-call availability and weekend work may be required.
• Outdoor work year-round.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of market-ready apartments.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash and appliances as needed.
• Maintain common areas and dog park amenities.
• Perform basic maintenance as scheduled.
• Paint interior areas and rails; bring materials as needed.
• Change locks and make keys as directed.
• Distribute resident communications.
