Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Make Ready technician to restore vacant apartments to market-ready condition and perform general maintenance inside and outside the property. You will address repairs, upkeep, and quality standards to ensure units meet move-in readiness.

Adherence to safety guidelines, documentation of preventive tasks, and coordination with the Community Manager are essential. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience and reliability.
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Restore vacant units to market-ready status in a timely manner.
• Follow established preventive maintenance programs and BH guidelines.
• Report hazards to Community/Service Manager and maintain tools.
