Job summary

Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare apartment units for new residents. You will perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, following make-ready checklists and safety standards.

Excellence in service and timely turnovers are essential. Responsibilities include completing service requests, addressing issues, and coordinating with property staff to ensure units are ready for occupancy in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficient in general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and appliance work.
• Experience with turnovers and make-readies in multifamily settings is preferred.
• Must adhere to safety standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
• Turn over units efficiently according to the punch list.
• Identify and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues.
• Install/remove appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds.
• Respond to tenant requests with excellent customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and Fair Housing regulations.
