Job summary

Park Grove Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the condition and appearance of the property's buildings and grounds under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle resident work orders, manage turnover of vacant units, monitor supplies, and stay available for emergencies as needed, with physical requirements and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping or related field.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and upkeep of buildings/grounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Complete work orders and paperwork promptly.
• Turnover vacant apartments expeditiously to prevent income loss.
• Inventory control of maintenance supplies; monthly inventory.
• Be available/on-call for emergencies.
