Home Leasing LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Maintenance Superintendent with daily upkeep of the building and grounds. You will perform routine repairs in apartments and common areas, support turnover projects, and help with snow removal.

The role requires a high school diploma and proven property maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Strong teamwork and communication; ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance on apartments, common areas and parking lots.
• Handle turnover cleaning, painting and snow removal as needed.
• Implement and follow Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Prepare reports from inspections and summarize property conditions.
• Respond to resident service requests and on-call emergencies.
• Inspect site lighting and report issues; maintain records.
