Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems across properties in the area. You will prepare vacant apartment homes for rent-ready status and support on-site staff to resolve resident requests.

The role requires a High School diploma (GED preferred), 1 year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect hands-on duties with tools and equipment and potential supervision of contractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property maintenance.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic (measurements, percentages, totals).
• Must possess valid driver’s license and comply with vehicle policy.
• Able to operate general maintenance tools and equipment (hand tools, ladders, pool chemicals, etc.).
• Position may require driving a company or personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant apartments to be rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests to resolve issues.
• Follow Atria policies and procedures and promote safe work practices."
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing and building codes.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and maintenance tasks.
• May supervise other associates and external contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
