Island Palm Communities is hiring a General Maintenance Associate in Honolulu, HI. The role involves responding to service calls and performing diverse property maintenance tasks, from cleaning and painting to plumbing and electrical work.

You will transport and install appliances, manage supplies, and support roofing and lighting repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, interior/exterior decorating and maintenance.
• Perform lawn maintenance, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, and smoke detector maintenance.
• Repair or replacement of lights, roof repairs and appliance repairs as needed.
• Transport, install and connect appliances; load/unload, move supplies, and organize materials.
