The position is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning debris removal, power washing, and occasional plumbing or electrical tasks. A high school diploma is preferred, and basic maintenance knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• English language skills required to follow instructions and communicate with staff and clients.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks including cleaning, groundskeeping, and light repairs.
• Assist with setup/tear down for events and activities.
• Deliver tools, equipment and parts as needed around the property.
• Keep accurate records and update work orders on mobile devices when required.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory in good condition.
