Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Comfort with using mobile devices for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete COM and other property maintenance duties, including cleaning, painting, lawn care, debris removal, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs.
• May be required to respond to and complete on-call after-hours emergencies.
• Update work orders with time, materials and notes on mobile devices; communicate with supervisor on progress and issues.
• Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory as prescribed.
