Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support residents and the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring timely repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

You will perform turnover maintenance, monitor common areas, and uphold safety standards while contributing to preventive maintenance programs. A valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is preferred and may be required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to perform turnover maintenance and adhere to checklists.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a team.
• On-call availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance and checklist completion within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas (cleaning, trash, windows) and monitor exterior for issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.
• Document tools and equipment in inventory.
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members.
