ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents with technical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure timely services and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include turnover maintenance, common area upkeep, and preventive maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a team.
• Willing to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs.
• Turnover maintenance and checklist completion within 3–5 days.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior building condition.
• Document inventory and ensure safety rules are followed.
