Job summary

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, handle turnover work within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, and help sustain a preventive maintenance program while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas and prevent safety hazards.
• Enter new tools into inventory; keep work area clean.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program.
