Job summary

ZRS Management in Dallas, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service to our residents. This full-time role works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep the property well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, turnover work within 3–5 days, and upkeep of common areas. EPA certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance within 3–5 days with turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program and safe condition of equipment.
