Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, professional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the property well-maintained, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and turnover tasks.

This full-time role requires valid driver's license, and EPA certification preferred; opportunities for advancement exist. On-site work with a team focused on safety, cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Turnover maintenance includes installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, and other repairs as needed.
• Common area maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and occasional pressure washing.
