Job summary

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks for vacant homes, coordinating with vendors, tracking materials, documenting work, and aiding grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 or II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident service requests while following policy, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and material provisioning.
