Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Abrazo at Waterway Hills in Longs, SC. The role performs routine and preventive maintenance to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards.

It requires diagnosing defects, completing work orders, and assisting with make-readies for new leases. It includes on-call duties, a Monday–Friday schedule, and physical tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepare vacants for leasing by completing pre-move inspections and creating punch lists.
• Track materials, equipment, and inventory; notify supervisor on re-order needs.
