Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community's upkeep and protect asset value. The role focuses on interior and exterior maintenance and customer-service orientation.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, perform preventive maintenance, monitor supplies, and respond to requests, including weekend/evening emergencies. OSHA-compliant environment and confidentiality emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Customer Service.
• Understand residents’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain active communication with residents and parents.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
