Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing turnovers.
