Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our community, ensuring clean and well‑maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff. You will perform routine repairs, inspect for hazards, and manage preventative maintenance across multiple properties with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will report to the Investment Manager and may travel between properties.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to work weekends and travel between properties.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and minor to mid-level maintenance tasks across the community.
• Inspect facilities for safety hazards and address issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and functional living environments for residents and staff.
• Keep records of work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Operate and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Move items as needed and assist with grounds keeping and safety duties.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards to supervisor.
• Travel between properties as required and support team objectives.
