Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the community’s maintenance program and preserve asset value. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining interior and exterior conditions.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor, coordinate with residents, and help ensure timely completion of service requests. Qualifications include 2 years’ experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, with HVAC certification and computer literacy

Qualifications

2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
HVAC certification preferred.
Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Report time and attendance.
Make daily inspections of the community.
Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
Maintain active and effective communication with residents and parents.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
