Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and protect asset value. You will perform interior and exterior upkeep and deliver customer service with residents and staff.

You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, conduct preventative maintenance, manage basic inventory, and respond to service requests, including weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Customer Service.
• Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff.
• Maintain active and effective communication with residents and parents.
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
