Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program, keeping interior and exterior conditions up to standard and providing customer service to residents and staff.

You will assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, inventory monitoring, and timely service requests, including weekend or after-hours emergency calls, to protect asset value and ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills required.
• Computer literacy preferred (MS Office, property software).

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance; communicate with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
