Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Albuquerque, NM to ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. The role covers completing work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory tracking, and ongoing grounds/amenities maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in building systems in accordance with policies and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory and coordinate re-orders with the maintenance supervisor.
• Record maintenance work and complete documentation promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and minor painting as needed.
• Pursue cost-saving by repairing components rather than replacing parts whenever feasible.

Education
