Job summary

Greystar in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, manage make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and help ensure safety and compliance with Greystar standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work indoors/outdoors in all weather, and a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on-site.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out, punch lists, and scheduling.
• Tracks inventory, handles material requests, and notifies supervision when re-orders are needed.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and minor painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
