Greystar in Florida is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property systems, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant apartments while following safety and code requirements.

This onsite role offers a hourly wage of $21.00–$23.00, with eligible bonuses and robust benefits. Requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license to operate site vehicles.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property is required.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing the defect and making repairs according to policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work.
• Follows procedures to access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property’s maintenance department, tracks usage, and notifies about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and other paperwork promptly so service requests can be tracked.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs, and trimming areas as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
