Job summary

Vest Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Raleigh, NC. The position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory control, and documentation for tracking.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas per standards.
• Completes and schedules work orders and preventative maintenance; diagnose, repair, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Completes make-ready tasks for vacant units, creates punch lists, and coordinates vendors and supplies.
• Maintains inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and coordinating re-orders with supervision.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable proper tracking and reporting.
• Supports grounds and amenity upkeep, including cleaning, painting curbs, and pressure-washing areas.
