Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician for North Oaks Landing in Raleigh, NC. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the property, including make-ready tasks for vacant units and routine preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, ordering parts, documenting work orders, and assisting with groundskeeping and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• OSHA and safety training completed or required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems from resident service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready work to prepare vacant units for leasing with inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and request materials; return unused items and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Update documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
