Job summary

RADCO Investments, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction, with on-call shifts and a compensation package tied to performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of maintenance experience in multi-family settings, HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant handling, and a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license is required for parts runs and property support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required
• CPO certification is preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends for on-call service requests
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and maintained and address safety concerns
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance or repairs including HVAC troubleshooting
• Move appliances and equipment as needed and assist in moving abandoned items
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours unless parts/labor are extraordinary
• Respond to on-call emergencies with rapid dispatch and bonuses
