Job summary

InTown Suites in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of the property, repair work, and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment. The employee must live on site during employment and be on call for emergencies, with additional duties as the Property Attendant part of the week.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, completing maintenance in vacant rooms, and addressing safety issues, with supervision and adherence to guest

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of hotel property and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls.
• Live on property during employment and follow all guest agreement guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervision and perform tasks as assigned.
