Job summary

Intown-Suites in Orlando, FL is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the entire property, including guest rooms and public areas. You will monitor, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment, and you must live on site during the term of employment.

On-call for emergencies, you will also perform as the Property Attendant one or two days weekly as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and hotel/facility upkeep.
• Ability to read and follow instructions clearly.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, interiors, and exterior walkways.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooms and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies on call.
• Live on property during employment term.
• Reconcile daily paperwork with supervisors.
