Job summary

InTown Suites in Dallas is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to care for the hotel property and equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests. This role requires living on property during employment and being on call for emergencies.

You will handle routine maintenance tasks across the property, including drywall repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, and daily paperwork with supervision. The position offers full‑time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English for guest and staff interaction.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of electrical and basic repair work and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, building, and vacant rooms in good repair.
• Perform drywall repairs, painting, carpet shampoo, and general repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms on a schedule.
• Respond to service requests promptly and handle on-call emergencies.
