Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the Woods Cross property. You will monitor, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment, living on-site during employment and handling on-call emergencies.

You will also serve as a Property Attendant one to two days weekly, as directed by management, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction across all spaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of general safety procedures and electrical basics.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and clean exterior areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel property and equipment.
• Repair and refurbish rooms and common areas as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance in guest rooms on schedule.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies promptly.
• Assist as Property Attendant one or two days per week as directed.
• Keep supervisor informed of safety or guest concern issues.
• Complete daily paperwork and follow the agreed procedures.
