Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior conditions.
• Enter new tools into inventory and keep work area clean.
