Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. This role focuses on skilled, efficient, and professional service with potential promotion to Maintenance Supervisor based on performance.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, handle turnover projects within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, monitor exterior issues, and uphold safety and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of start.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and clear resident communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs independently for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Carry out apartment turnover within 3–5 business days with required checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash, and grounds upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior and assist preventive maintenance.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized; log inventory.
