ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, professional service to our residents under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs and preventive maintenance across the property.

You will handle turnover work within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, monitor exterior, enter new tools into inventory and follow safety rules; a valid driver's license is required and EPA certification is

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days if required by property.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, AC, appliances and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, trash removal, and site upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior and support preventive maintenance program.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory and follow safety rules.
