Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Frisco, TX to provide skilled, professional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the property in top condition, with opportunities to progress to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, turnover work, and upkeep of common areas while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related areas.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas via cleaning, trash removal, and routine upkeep.
• Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters) and support preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment; maintain neat inventory and work area.
