Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Able to lift heavy objects safely and work on-call as needed.
• Strong communication with residents and team players.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support preventive maintenance programs across the property.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep records.
• Ensure safe condition of equipment and facilities.
