ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Haltom City, TX, to oversee property maintenance, lead a team, and ensure high resident satisfaction. The role reports to the Property Manager and emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and preventive maintenance programs.

You will coordinate vendor activities, inspect contractor work, and maintain records while keeping common areas, pools, and building systems in excellent condition. On-call availability and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address service calls per policy.
• Schedule apartment turns within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
