Job summary

Asset Living in Omaha, NE seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

You will support make-ready, respond to requests, maintain pools and grounds, and uphold safety standards under OSHA guidelines; on-site required, full-time. Benefits include medical, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance across community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and make-ready tasks.
• Assist with pool, grounds, and common area upkeep and safety compliance.
