This role ensures safety, appearance, and functionality meet company standards while delivering excellent service to residents. Key duties include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs; responding to service requests; preparing vacant units; conducting property inspections; and supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and repairs knowledge.
• Ability to use standard tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting and cleaning.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify repairs or hazards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Maintain tools and maintenance areas in clean, orderly condition.
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
