Job summary

FREEMAN WEBB COMPANY REALTORS, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and custodial duties across apartments and common areas, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Basic math understanding is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance projects across the property.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Perform plumbing work such as clearing stoppages and replacing fittings.
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, fixtures, appliances, draperies and locks.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Carpentry work such as doors, shelves and floors.
