Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interior and exterior spaces, respond to service requests, and support property operations at Mansfield, TX. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.

The role requires 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, EPA refrigerant certifications, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerants required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine site upkeep.
• Execute make-readies for vacant units with inspections and punch lists.
• Assist with inventory management and proper use of tools and supplies.
