Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and assisting with general maintenance.
