Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Montessa Heights in Murrieta, CA. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, making-ready vacant homes, and supporting grounds and amenities.

The technician must have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certifications, plus a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. You will work a weekend-and-onsite schedule with on-call duties, ensuring safety and quality standards across the property

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required (as applicable).
• Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance following policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return items to proper locations; notify supervisor of re-ordering needs.
• Document work orders accurately to ensure proper recording and tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities and support cost-control by using parts efficiently.
