Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Gainesville, GA to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, and common spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational functionality. Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, Type 2 or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins with make-ready tasks.
• Tracks materials and inventory, notifies when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license
